The following terms are important to understand the whole use case.

If there is more than one pickup/delivery at the same customer location, they are grouped to one stop. A depot location is always at the beginning of a route or at the end of a route. See Locations, Transports and Stops for more details.|
|Pickup, Delivery||A certain service action to be performed at a location as requested by a transport (pickup and delivery of transport goods).|
|Transport||An order to transport goods from one location to another. See Locations, Transports and Stops for more details.|
|Route||A route is a sequence of stops and specifies where and in which order goods are to be picked up or delivered.|
|Stop||Stops group subsequent pickups and/or deliveries within a route that are carried out at the same location. See Locations, Transports and Stops for more details.|
